Tuna, Avocado apple wrap

Ingredients
  1. - ½ Can white tuna in water
  2. - ¼ Apple (chopped)
  3. - 1/8 C avocado (chopped)
  4. - 1 tbsp. avocado ( in place of mayo)
  5. - 1 whole wheat flax wrap- Low carb
Instructions
  1. 1- Open can of tuna- drain water
  2. 2- Mix tuna and avocado in a bowl
  3. 3- Chop apples and avocados
  4. 4- Add tuna on wrap and add veggies on top with your favorite spices!
Notes
  1. Can opt for organic mayo if desired- Always go organic with wraps to avoid GMO's
