Tuna, Avocado apple wrap

Ingredients
- - ½ Can white tuna in water
- - ¼ Apple (chopped)
- - 1/8 C avocado (chopped)
- - 1 tbsp. avocado ( in place of mayo)
- - 1 whole wheat flax wrap- Low carb
Instructions
- 1- Open can of tuna- drain water
- 2- Mix tuna and avocado in a bowl
- 3- Chop apples and avocados
- 4- Add tuna on wrap and add veggies on top with your favorite spices!
Notes
- Can opt for organic mayo if desired- Always go organic with wraps to avoid GMO's
