Ingredients
- 1C coconut Flour
- 2 Scoops Vanilla Protein powder
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Allspice
- 1/8 tsp Nutmeg
- 4 Egg Whites
- 8oz Pumpkin Puree
- 4oz Water – Can use almond milk
- (Can add ½ C of your favorite nuts)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix flour, protein, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, baking soda and salt together in a bowl.
- Mix egg whites, pumpkin puree and water in a bowl
- Ad wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix together.
- Spray 8x8 glass dish with non-stick spray.
- Pour ingredients into dish.
- Bake 20-30 minutes.
