Homemade Reece’s Cups- Healthier Option (No Bake)

Ingredients:

1- ½ cup chocolate chips (Use your favorite kind of chocolate; dark, Milk, white etc.)
2- 2 Tbsp coconut oil (Honestly, this is optional. It does help the consistency when working with the nut-butter, but I didn’t use it for this recipe.
3- ½ cup peanut butter (Can use any nut-butter you desire- Sunflower, Almond and Cashew work well!

Instructions:
1- Line a mini muffin baking tin with mini sized cups – Set aside
2- In a small sauce pan, melt ½ C chocolate chips until the consistency is creamy (Can melt in microwave) This is where coconut oil can be added for consistency.
3- Fill the bottom of the cups with the melted chocolate- about 1/8-1/4 inch thick)
4- In a sauce pan melt ½ C nut-butter until the consistency is thinned out and light.
5- Add the nut-butter to the mini cup, on top of the chocolate- (It’s up to you as to how much nut-butter you want to use. I usually make it about ¼ in thick or more)
6- Add some of the remaining melted chocolate on top of the nut-butter and place in the fridge for 30 min.
Sometimes I add a slice of banana inside the reece’s cup or add sliced almonds, sea salt or coconut flakes on top!
