Garlic Onion Burger

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 teaspoons coconut oil
- 1/2 large onion {about 1 cup}, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced or grated
- ½ Cup Chopped Onion
- 1/2 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
- 2 teaspoons Curry
- 1 1/2 cups cooked quinoa
- 1 egg, lightly beaten- (can use just the white)
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350
- After cooking quinoa as normal, place all ingredients in a bowl and mix.
- Form Quinoa mix as you would a burger and place on freshly sprayed cooking sheet
- Bake in overn for 30 min at 350
