Ingredients
  1. 1 1/2 teaspoons coconut oil
  2. 1/2 large onion {about 1 cup}, diced
  3. 2 cloves garlic, minced or grated
  4. ½ Cup Chopped Onion
  5. 1/2 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
  6. 2 teaspoons Curry
  7. 1 1/2 cups cooked quinoa
  8. 1 egg, lightly beaten- (can use just the white)
  9. Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. After cooking quinoa as normal, place all ingredients in a bowl and mix.
  3. Form Quinoa mix as you would a burger and place on freshly sprayed cooking sheet
  4. Bake in overn for 30 min at 350
