Cauliflower Mashed "Potatoes"

Ingredients
- On head of cauliflower, cut into roughly equal florets. May substitute frozen in this recipe.
- One egg
- Sea Salt
- Cumin (optional)
Instructions
- Place cauliflower in big pot of generously salted water. Bring to boil.
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Cook until very tender, about 15 minutes after water boils. A little extra cooking won't here.
- Drain, return to pot, and mash thoroughly. Really make sure you get it as finely mashed as possible. If you have a food mill to put it through, even better.
- Mix in one egg and a generous pinch of salt.
- Place into casserole dish, spread out evenly, and sprinkle with paprika if desired.
- Bake in oven for about 30 minutes or until top starts to brown lightly
Notes
- Can add in mashed garlic for more flavor
