Overnight Oats are fantastic for busy mornings making this the perfect Grab-and-Go breakfast!

Loaded with yummy nutrients, this meal can be prepped 1 day to a whole week in advance. (Must be refrigerated)

RECIPE:

  • 1/2 cup gluten free steel cut oats
  • 1/4 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
  •  1 tsp instant coffee
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 2 tsp Chia seeds
  • 2 tsp Cacao Powder
  • 1 large Chopped date or 2 tsp honey or maple syrup

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a jar, cover and set in the fridge overnight.

NOTES:

*Use any fruit or nut combination that you enjoy- Get creative! IF  you choose to add nuts make sure you add them right before consuming; left in recipe over- night they will soften.

*If you like a more textured oatmeal, use the steel cut oats. If you like a smoother oatmeal, use the rolled oats. These can be eaten cold or warned up. Enjoy!
