Banana Spinach Snoothie

Health in a glass, fights disease, great post workout recovery drink!
Ingredients
- ◾Half a ripe banana
- ◾1 C Coconut or Almond milk
- ◾Fresh baby spinach Pack in as much as you want! I use 2 handfuls
Instructions
- Toss it in the blender with desired amount of ice!
Notes
- Can add protein powder to up the protein, can use whatever milk you like while adding in any other greens or berries!
