Chia seeds are a super food that is loaded with calcium, minerals and vitamins

- 1 Frozen Banana
- 1 Cup Frozen Raspberries
- 1 Cup Almond Milk
- 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein powder
- 1 tsp. Vanilla extract (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. Chia Seeds
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and mix

- Peel, cut and freeze banana the night before
