Flour FREE Coconut Pancakes

3 ingredient, clean, flour free, easy to make pancakes!
Ingredients
- 1 C coconut flakes (unsweetened)
- 4 egg whites
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- Can add kiwi or your favorite fruits on top
Instructions
- Mix all in a bowl. Cook on pan for 90 seconds to 2 min a side!
Notes
- This breakfast can be prepped nights before to save time in the morning. Just place in the microwave and reheat!
